The Ideal Science and Technology Aiming Research Council (ISTARC) has always transformed curiosity into innovation, imagination into creation, and ideas into impact. Guided by our motto, "Science in Creation, not Annihilation," we continue inspiring young minds to think beyond today and shape tomorrow. This year's festival celebrates the limitless spirit of discovery, where science, technology, and creativity come together to illuminate the future.The universe has never stopped expanding and neither have we.
