1. Entry & Participation
- Entry is permitted only with valid registration/tickets/passes.
- Participants and audience must carry their ID card.
- Participants must carry their printed copy of ticket.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Any form of illegal or prohibited items/substances is strictly not allowed on campus.
- Outside food, drinks, or dangerous objects are restricted unless approved by the organizers.
- Harassment, violence, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
3. Code of Conduct
- All participants, performers, and attendees are expected to maintain decency and respectful behavior.
- Disruption of performances, misuse of facilities, or causing nuisance may result in removal from the event.
4. Event Authority
- The decision of the organizing authority will be considered final in all matters.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, rules, or regulations if necessary.
5. Safety & Security
- Attendees must follow all security checks and campus regulations.
- The organizers will not be responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.
6. Media & Promotion
- By attending, participants agree that photos/videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
