Fitness Meets Accounting
On 𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the streets of 𝗛𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗷𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹 will come alive with energy as running enthusiasts, Chartered Accountants, Finance Professionals, University Students and running athletes from running communities will unite for the Accounting Day Run – a celebration of discipline, precision and endurance, values we cherish both in accounting and in running.

- 7.5K Race Start: 6:00 AM (Tentative)

- CA Members (Elite & Amateur) - 300 slots
- CA Students and General - 900 slots

- Kids and Mom - 200 slots

- 7.5K - 1 hour 30 minutes
- 1K - No Cut-off time for finishing, but race time is limited to 1 hour

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
The top 3 male and female runners in each category of 7.5K will receive prize money and a crest.

- Only registered participants will be able to join the event.
- The event is open to both local and international runners.
- Finishers must complete within the designated cut-off to receive medals.
- This is a Live Event. No Virtual!
- No BIB or registration transfers allowed.
- No refund policy.
- You are strongly discouraged from participating if you have any medical issues.
- Organizers reserve the right to make adjustments if needed.

In this year's Accounting Day, let’s prove that we’re more than numbers on spreadsheets – we are a community of achievers, ready to go the distance. Let’s participate with integrity, discipline and mutual respect.
Rules & Regulations:
- The event is open to both local and international runners. Anyone from any country can participate by following the official rules.
- Registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.
- This is a live event only. Runners who register for the live event are not allowed to participate virtually.
- The name provided during registration will be used on the certificate. No name changes will be accepted after registration.
- Every runner must run with their own registered bib. Bib sharing or using someone else’s bib is strictly prohibited.
- Medals and certificates will only be awarded to runners who complete the race within the official cutoff times.
- In case of adverse weather or unavoidable circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, or any details. In such cases, registration fees will not be refunded.
- If you have any medical issues, you are strongly discouraged from participating. Organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, health problems, or unfortunate incidents during the race.
- For queries or complaints, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, Messenger or the official contact number. We discourage posting complaints or confusion publicly on social media.
Disqualification Rules:
- If any runner takes a shortcut, ignores directional signs, or obstructs other participants during the race, immediate disqualification will occur.
- Running without your registered bib or using someone else’s bib will result in cancellation of your participation.
- If someone else runs using your registration or bib, it will be considered fraud, and the registration will be invalid.
- Failing to report on time or complete the race within the official cutoff time will disqualify the runner from receiving a medal or certificate.
- Any form of rude, abusive, violent, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification from the event.
If you disagree with any of the above terms or conditions, we respectfully advise not to register for the event.
