- Gate entry closes at 6 PM, after that no one can enter the venue.
- Do not share your QR code, if it gets denied by our scanner, we won’t be responsible for it.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
- Big backpacks are not allowed inside. Only cosplayers can bring big bags
- Security checks will be frequent and random and management also reserves the right to confiscate any item/device which may cause any danger or disruption to other members of the audience.
- Cosplaying as any non-fictional, political figures are not allowed. Only Japanese anime and game characters are allowed.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove from the premises any individual or group deemed as a security threat or an element of disturbance for others.
- Attending the event signifies the entry pass holder’s consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as a member of the audience with no obligations.
- The Organization is not concerned about any action that is happening outside the event premise.
- DSLR camera is not allowed inside the venue.
- Unauthorized possession/sale/use of alcoholic beverages, drugs (be it illegal or prescribed), controlled substances, tobacco products, firearms, ecigs and flammable on the premises of the venue are strictly prohibited.
