1. Gate Entry closes after 05:30 pm

2. All applicants and attendees must provide accurate and authentic personal information, especially a valid phone number and email address, which will be used for official communication purposes.

3. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the event is officially postponed or canceled by the organizers.

4. Ticket purchase details must be kept confidential and shared only with Tickify and the official AniMeet Carnival Team. The buyer is solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of their ticket(s) until the date of the event. Lost or misplaced tickets may not be reissued. If the QR Code gets denied by the scanner, we won't be responsible for it.

5. Cosplaying as any non-fictional, political characters are strictly prohibited. Only fictional characters including but not limited to Japanese anime and game characters are allowed.

6. Big Backpacks are not allowed inside. Only Cosplayers reserve that right.

7. DSLR are not allowed inside. Only official partners and event staffs reserve that right.

8. Any immodest or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, vulgar conduct, or suggestive actions directed at participants or cosplayers or both without their consent will result in immediate actions from the organizer and result in taking legal actions against them.

9. If any attendee feels disturbed, harassed, or uncomfortable due to another’s behavior, they are strongly encouraged to immediately report the incident to the nearest volunteer or event staff member. 

10. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual or group from the premises if they are deemed as a security threat or an element of disturbance for others.

11. Any incidents or actions occurring outside the event premises, is not of the Organizer or Organization's control.

12. Any unauthorized possession/sale/consumption of any form of illegal or controlled substances including but not limited to tobacco products, addictive substances, alcoholic beverages, firearms and flammable items are strictly prohibited within the venue premises. Management reserve the right to confiscate any item/device that may cause harm and disturb other members of the audience and take appropriate actions.

13. In the event of any changes to the program schedule, venue, or other event-related details, all updates will be promptly posted on the official AniMeet Carnival event page and will not affect the validity of any previously purchased tickets. Attendees are encouraged to check these platforms regularly for the latest information. For specific concerns or clarifications, attendees are encouraged to contact the organizers directly through official communication channels.

14. Attending the event signifies the entry pass holder has has agreed to all terms and consented to the filming and sound recording themselves as a member of the audience with no obligation.
