Born from Climate Action at Local Level (CALL), supported by Switzerland and lovingly curated by GenLab, Biophilia is where community, creativity, and climate care converge to reconnect people with each other, with nature, and with hope.
- Registration is open to individuals aged 16 and above.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and both must register to attend.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation email with your unique entry QR code or pass.
- Each registration is valid for one individual; passes are non-transferable.
- Guests must present their registration confirmation and valid ID at the entrance.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals without valid registration.
- Respect all participants, performers, and staff.
- Offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
- Harassment of any kind — including sexual harassment — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
- Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted.
- This is a non-smoking event — smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
- The event will be photographed and recorded; attendance implies consent for media use.
- Personal photography is welcome if it does not disrupt performances or sessions.
- Guests are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and avoid single-use plastics.
- Please dispose of waste in the designated recycling or compost bins.
- All guests must follow security protocols and comply with requests from event staff.
- Bags may be subject to inspection at entry points.
- The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
