1.Attendees under 12 years should bring their guardian with them. 

2.Each ticket can only be used by only one person.

3.Only cancellation of event can make ticket refundable under conditions. Otherwise ticket isn't refundable. 

4.Gates will open at 11 AM

5.You have to show your seal/mark/bracelet to the gate volunteers to take re-entry, if you go out of event premise. 

6.Outside food and beverages are not permitted. There will be food and drinks available for purchase at the venue.

7.It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, toxins, e-cigarettes, vapes, weapons, and other harmful items into or around the venue. Finding such substances under anyone's possession will cause necessary actions.

8.Sharp or heavy blunt objects, metal part or prop that can cause harm aren't allowed. 

9.The organizers reserve the right to reject access or eject anyone who poses a security risk or causes any disturbance from the event grounds.

10.Any type of sexual harassment, offensive stalking, violence would result consequences. That can range from warning from volunteers team to direct expel from venue, depending on the seriousness of crime. 

11.Except for the photographers employed by the organizers, professional cameras are not permitted on the venue.

The venue will have both CCTV and video cameras functioning.

12.If a ticket holder's property or personal goods are lost or stolen, the organizers will not be held accountable

14.If any ticket holder feels that they may have been harassed, stalked, attacked by other members they are requested to urgently report it to the volunteers team. Proper steps would be taken from them as instructed. This is only applicable inside the venue premises. The organizer or venue authority aren't responsible for anything happened outside our event premise. 

15.Ticket holders are requested not to take pictures of any cosplayers/attendees without permission. Do not press someone to give interview, or marketing your product, if they don't comply on their own.
