Terms & Conditions – FINAL KICKOFF

1. Age Restriction: This event is strictly 18+ only. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.

2. Gate Closing Time: Venue gates will close at 12:30 AM sharp. No entry will be permitted after 12:30 AM, regardless of ticket validity. Attendees must arrive before the gate closing time.

3. Single Entry: Each ticket is valid for one person only and permits single entry. Re-entry is not allowed after exiting the venue.

4. Prohibited Items: Bringing alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, toxins, firearms, weapons, explosives, or any hazardous or prohibited items into or around the venue is strictly forbidden.

5. Electronic Devices: Portable speakers, power banks, chargers, extension cables, and other electrical equipment are not permitted inside the venue unless authorized by the organizers.

6. Security Checks: All attendees and their belongings may be subject to security screening and inspection at any time. Refusal to cooperate may result in denied entry.

7. Right of Admission Reserved: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or in violation of event policies, without refund.

8. Photography & Recording: Professional cameras, video equipment, drones, and other commercial recording devices are prohibited unless prior written authorization has been obtained. Official event photographers and videographers will be present, and attendees may appear in event photos or videos used for promotional purposes.

9. CCTV Surveillance: The venue is monitored by CCTV and other video recording systems for the safety and security of all attendees.

10. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers and venue management are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

11. Restricted Objects: Sharp objects, pointed items, laser pointers, fireworks, flammable materials, or any object that could be used as a weapon are strictly prohibited.

12. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, performers, and venue personnel. Harassment, violence, vandalism, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

13. Policy Enforcement: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions or failure to follow instructions from event staff or security personnel may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

14. Organizer’s Decision: The organizers reserve the right to modify event operations, schedules, seating arrangements, or venue policies if required for safety, security, or operational reasons. All decisions made by the organizers shall be final.
