Registration Policy:

• Ticket Purchase: Participants must secure their spot by purchasing tickets through the provided online ticketing portal. Each ticket grants access to one individual for a single session only.
• Confirmation of Registration: Upon completion of payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with a digital ticket. Please bring a printed or digital copy of the ticket to the event for entry.
• Age Requirement: The workshop is open to individuals aged 12 and above. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or parent during the session.
• Capacity: Each slot is limited to 50 participants. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation of payment.

Refunds and Cancellations:

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by participants.
• If the workshop is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
• Punctuality: Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their session start time. Latecomers may miss important instructions and may not be accommodated.
• Workshop Materials: All necessary materials, including paints, brushes, and canvases, will be provided on-site. Participants are not required to bring their own supplies.
  
  

Acknowledgement Rulebook:

• Workshop Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the workshop instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
• Health & Safety: Participants should follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop. Any injuries or damages arising from not adhering to guidelines will be the participant’s responsibility.
• Use of Workshop Outputs: All artwork created during the workshop remains the property of the participant. However, Chef's Table and Protibha may photograph or record the event, including participant creations, for promotional purposes.
• Consent for Media Use: By participating, attendees grant permission for Chef's Table to use images or videos taken during the workshop for marketing, social media, and other promotional activities.
• Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Chef's Table and Protibha are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the workshop.
• Feedback and Suggestions: We value participant feedback and encourage suggestions to enhance future workshops. A feedback form will be available at the end of each session.
• Right to Modify: Chef's Table and Protibha reserve the right to adjust or make changes to the workshop schedule, policies, or content, if necessary, with prior notice to participants.
