Terms & Conditions – Circuit Clash 1.0

1. Entry is open only to registered students with valid institutional ID cards (must be shown at entry).

2. No smoking, vaping, or prohibited substances are allowed within the event premises.

3. Registration fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Participants must follow all event rulebooks and organizer instructions at all times.

5. Any act of misconduct, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.

6. Team members must use their own equipment (bots, controllers, laptops, etc.) and comply with all technical specifications.

7. Sharing or substituting robots, accounts, or devices between teams is strictly prohibited.

8. Respect toward judges, volunteers, and fellow participants is mandatory. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.

9. Organizers' and referees' decisions are final and binding.

10. Participants are responsible for their own belongings; organizers are not liable for loss or damage.

11. All participants consent to photography, videography, and media use for promotional purposes.

12. The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules or rules at any time without prior notice.

13. Entry implies acceptance of all rules, regulations, and these Terms & Conditions.
