- Clear Fan Fest 2026 registration process is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above, and guests will bring a valid photo ID for venue access.
- Entry to Clear Fan Fest 2026 (20–22 June 2026, Kamal Atatürk Park, Banani) is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Registration is free of charge.
- Each day of the event requires separate registration. Guests must register individually for each day they wish to attend.
- Each registered adult may bring up two children under the age of 18.
- This event has no seating arrangements.
- Participants must follow all instructions, safety guidelines, event rules, and applicable laws at all times.
- Access to the event is subject to mandatory security checks. Entry may be denied if security requirements are not met.
- All electrical equipment, including professional cameras, speakers, power banks, mobile phone chargers, sharp objects, is not allowed in the venue.
- Each ticket can only be used once and by one person.
- A token of verification will be provided at the entry, without it the audience will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances, and it will be considered unacceptable for entry if it is damaged or missing.
- Re-entry to the event is available.
- The organizers will not be held accountable if a ticket holder’s property or personal goods are lost or stolen.
- Inside the establishment, bags are not allowed. Women are asked not to bring purses bigger than 10 by 6 inches.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, toxins, e-cigarettes, vapes, weapons, and other harmful items into or around the venue.
- No Parking facilities will be provided at the venue.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject access or remove anyone who poses a security risk or causes any disturbance from the event grounds
- By attending, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for event management and promotional purposes in accordance with Unilever’s privacy practices.
- Unauthorized advertising, promotion, or display of third-party brands/products inside the venue is prohibited.
- Commercial or promotional activities unrelated to Unilever brands are not permitted.
- Unilever shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or any consequential damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Participants are responsible for their own medical and travel insurance and any associated expenses.
- In case of emergency, participants consent to receiving necessary medical treatment if they are unable to provide consent.
- Event schedules, logistics, facilities, and operations are subject to change at Unilever’s sole discretion.
- Unilever reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event without liability for any participant expenses.
- Photography, videography, and audio recording will take place during the event.
- By entering the venue, participants grant Unilever and its agencies the irrevocable, worldwide right to use their name, image, voice, likeness, photographs, and recordings for promotional, advertising, archival, internal, and award-related purposes without additional compensation.
- Participants shall keep confidential any non-public information obtained through their participation unless disclosure is required by law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and indemnify Unilever and its affiliates against claims arising from their participation in the event.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Registration and participation imply that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Registration and participation in this event is subject to the participants agreeing to and consenting about the FIFA Men's World Cup 2026TM Release Form which can be found here: Unilever FWC26 Release Form
