* Entry for the event will start from 10 am
* Entry gates will remain open until 6:30 PM, after which no entry will be permitted under any circumstances.
* Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or damaged tickets/QR codes will not be reissued.
* Outside food, drinks, and water bottles are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Food stalls and water counters will be available inside.
* Any offensive, violent, or harassing behavior towards staff, performers, or attendees will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
* Cosplay weapons (swords, staffs, guns, etc.) must be made of safe materials such as foam or plastic. Realistic or sharp props will not be allowed.
* Photography and videography are allowed only via mobile devices. Professional equipment (DSLRs, drones, tripods) require prior authorization.
* The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings inside or outside the event premises.
* Smoking,Vaping and Drinking is strictly prohibited and if get caught will lead to immediate removal from the event without refund
