1. 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗴𝗲 & 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Tickets must be paid in full at purchase and are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Additional fees apply and are non-refundable.

2. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆
Scheduled for May 23, 2025, at Golartek Field, Mirpur-1, Dhaka, details may change without notice. The event will proceed in all weather unless deemed unsafe. Valid e-tickets with QR codes and ID (Student ID for student tickets) are required for entry.

3. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆
Children under 12 need adult supervision. Prohibited items include tobacco, outside food/drinks, power banks, and large bags. Security checks will be conducted. Latecomers may be admitted only during breaks.

4. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 & 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀
Refunds are only available if the event is canceled. If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. No exchanges allowed.

5. 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁
Attendees are responsible for personal safety and belongings. Violations of the venue’s code of conduct may result in removal without a refund.

6. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆 & 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀
By attending, guests consent to being filmed or photographed. Unauthorized recording may be restricted. Organizers may refuse entry, remove attendees, or make schedule changes.

7. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited. Health and safety protocols may apply. Attendees should arrive early for smooth entry.
