Dhaka Youth Carnival is a multi-day youth engagement festival celebrating the energy, creativity, and competitive spirit of Bangladesh’s next generation.
Bringing together schools, universities, and young professionals, the carnival transforms campus culture into a large-scale experience of sports tournaments, cultural showcases, innovation challenges, and live performances.
Across 5 dynamic days, participants and audiences engage in high-energy competitions, interactive brand activations, and curated experiences designed to highlight talent, leadership, and community spirit.

- Tickets & Entry: One ticket admits one person; valid ID may be required, and invalid, duplicated, or unauthorized resale tickets may be refused.
- Event Access: Your ticket provides access only to the areas, dates, and activities specified, with some activities requiring separate registration.
- Admission & Security: All attendees are subject to security screening and may be denied entry or removed for safety or security reasons.
- Code of Conduct: Treat everyone respectfully, follow staff instructions, and avoid disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, drugs, alcohol, vaping devices, drones, lasers, hazardous materials, outside food (except medical), and unauthorized recording equipment are prohibited.
- Photography & Media: By attending, you consent to photography, filming, recording, and use of your image and likeness for event-related purposes.
- Marketing & Communications: Your information may be used for event administration and communications, and you may opt out of non-essential marketing.
- Health & Safety: Attend and participate at your own risk while following all health, safety, and emergency instructions.
- Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the event.
- Property Damage: Anyone causing damage to event or venue property may be held financially responsible.
- Event Schedule: Programs, speakers, venues, and timings may change without prior notice.
- Cancellation or Postponement: If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, applicable ticket policies will be announced.
- Commercial Activities: Unauthorized selling, promotions, fundraising, or advertising are not permitted.
- Intellectual Property: All event branding, logos, and official content remain the property of Events For Impact Foundation or their respective owners.
- Minors: Attendees under 18 are encouraged to attend with a parent, guardian, teacher, or authorized representative.
- Ticket Revenue: Net proceeds after expenses may support youth development and charitable initiatives through Events For Impact Foundation.
- Limitation of Liability: The organizers are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, theft, delays, or cancellations except as required by law.
- Privacy: Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and used for event-related purposes.
- Acceptance: By purchasing or using a ticket or attending DYC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Organizer's Rights: The organizers may update these Terms, modify the event, refuse entry, or remove attendees, and their decisions are final.
