Terms and Conditions
- Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one person only and must be presented at the venue for entry.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise announced by the organizer.
- Ticket Verification: Attendees must present a valid ticket with a scannable QR/barcode at the entrance. Duplicate, altered, damaged, or previously used tickets will not be accepted.
- Entry & Security: All attendees are subject to security checks at the venue entrance. The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry where necessary for security or safety reasons.
- Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted once an attendee has exited the venue unless specifically authorized by the organizer.
- Event Changes: The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, entry procedures, artist lineup, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary.
- Late Entry: Late entry may be restricted depending on the ongoing performance and venue management policies.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, smoking/vaping products, dangerous materials, and other items prohibited by the venue are not allowed.
- Professional Equipment: Professional cameras, recording equipment, large bags, external speakers, and other restricted equipment may not be permitted inside the venue.
- Code of Conduct: Attendees must follow the instructions of the organizer, venue management, and security personnel. Anyone causing disturbance, engaging in inappropriate behavior, or creating a safety risk may be removed from the venue without a refund.
- Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer and venue will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Photography & Recording: Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional, media, and documentation purposes. By attending the event, attendees consent to being captured in such media.
- Age & Identification: Attendees may be required to present a valid photo ID or other identification at the venue if requested by the organizer or venue management.
- Venue Rules: All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of InterContinental Dhaka and any additional instructions issued on the day of the event.
- Organizer's Decision: The decision of the organizer and venue management regarding entry, security, and event operations shall be final.
