By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Event Entry & Registration: All attendees must have a valid ticket, pass, QR code, or official registration confirmation to enter GATEKEEPR Carnival 2026. Attendees may be required to show valid identification at the entry gate or registration counter. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to tickets that are invalid, duplicated, transferred, or suspicious. Gates will open from 12:00 PM both days.
2. Tickets, Payments & Refunds: All ticket purchases, tournament registrations, and other payments are final and non-refundable unless the organizer officially cancels the full event and announces a refund policy. Tickets cannot be resold, duplicated, or transferred through unauthorized channels.
3. Code of Conduct: All attendees, players, vendors, guests, and participants must behave respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, violence, abuse, vandalism, unsafe celebrations, unauthorized access to the pitch/stage, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
4. Safety, Security & Prohibited Items: Attendees must follow all safety instructions from event staff, venue authority, and security personnel. Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, sharp objects, alcohol, drones, and any item considered unsafe or disruptive are not allowed. Security checks may be conducted at the entry.
5. Media Consent & Data Use: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, or featured in event-related promotional content without compensation. Registration data may be collected and used for ticketing, entry verification, event updates, tournament management, safety, and future GATEKEEPR communications.
6. Tournaments, Activities & Prizes: Futsal, gaming, fan challenges, and other activities may have separate rules, eligibility criteria, schedules, and prize conditions. The organizer's decision on match results, disqualifications, disputes, prize distribution, and rule enforcement will be final. Prize pools may be subject to verification, sponsor commitments, and operational conditions.
7. Event Changes, Cancellation & Liability: The organizer may change the event schedule, venue layout, performers, activities, vendors, screenings, tournament format, or other arrangements as required. The organizer is not responsible for personal expenses, travel costs, lost belongings, injuries, technical issues, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Brands & Legal Jurisdiction: All GATEKEEPR Carnival names, designs, content, graphics, and event materials belong to the organizer or respective rights holders. Any reference to football tournaments, teams, players, games, or third-party brands is descriptive only and does not imply official affiliation unless stated in writing.
