GHMUN V is back—bigger, bolder and more impactful than ever! Hosted at SFX Greenherald International School on June 20–21, this dynamic two-day Model United Nations conference brings together passionate young delegates to debate real-world issues, draft innovative resolutions and experience the power of diplomacy. Whether you are a seasoned MUNer or stepping in for the first time, GHMUN V promises intense discussions, unforgettable memories and the chance to shape global change.
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be enrolled in Class 7 to Class 12 at the time of registration.
- Proof of school ID or age verification may be required upon request.
2. Registration & Fee
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the participation fee.
- The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is canceled by the organizers.
3. Parental Consent
- For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory during registration.
4. Code of Conduct
- Delegates must behave respectfully toward fellow participants, chairs, and organizers.
- Any form of misconduct, bullying, or disruption will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.
5. Dress Code
- A formal dress code must be followed throughout the conference.
- School uniforms, traditional formal attire, or Western formal wear are acceptable.

6. Arrival & Identification
- Participants must bring their printed or digital registration ticket and a valid school ID.
- Lanyards or name tags provided during check-in must be worn at all times.
7. Supervision & Safety
- The organizers will take reasonable measures to ensure safety but are not responsible for the actions of individual delegates.
- Parents or guardians are encouraged to arrange safe transport to and from the venue.
8. Photography & Media Consent
- By registering, delegates (and their guardians) agree to allow GHMUN V to use event photographs and videos for promotional or archival purposes.
9. Event Modifications
- GHMUN reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or committee structures as necessary.
- Any major updates will be communicated in advance via official channels.
10. Health Guidelines
- Participants must follow all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Anyone showing signs of illness may be asked to leave the venue for the safety of others.
11. Force Majeure
The event may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., political unrest, health emergencies, natural disasters).
