
GWEC Green Fest Season 2
Green Fest is the annual environmental fest of S.F.X. Greenherald International School, proudly organized by the Green World Earth Club. This two-day celebration is not just a festival—it's a movement. With thrilling competitions, creative challenges, and thought-provoking events, Green fest aims to inspire young minds to act, create, and think green.
This year, we're back bigger, bolder, and greener with a diverse lineup of events for all grade categories; each designed to foster environmental awareness, critical thinking, and creativity.
Event Lineup:
- Earth Science Olympiad (Category A, B, and C)
An ultimate two-day Olympiad that tests participants’ knowledge about the environment, ecosystems, and sustainability. - Shades of Nature
Category A & B – On Spot
Category C, and D – Pre-submitted
An art competition that opens your eyes to the beauty—and the pain—of our natural world. - Green Bee (Category A, B, and C)
An exciting spelling competition packed with environmental vocabulary to buzz through! - Project Display (Team of 3-4 people)
A 3D project showcase based on assigned topics, where innovation and environmental understanding come to life. Participate in groups of 3 or 4, and don't forget to list all your teammates' names in the Google form that will be shared soon! - Green Speak (Category C and D)
An on-spot extempore speech competition with just 10 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to shine. - Seminar (Open for All)
An interactive session featuring alumni and distinguished guests sharing powerful thoughts and eco-stories. - Green Writes (Category A, B, C, and D)
An on-spot writing competition where participants will express environmental ideas, reflections, and solutions. - Delving Into the Depths (Category D – Pre-submitted)
A research-based writing competition where participants analyze real-world environmental issues and send in their papers online. - Green Lens (All Categories – Pre-submitted)
A photography contest that captures nature’s raw moments. Snap. Submit. Stand a chance to be featured in our gallery. - Confab (Category C and D)
A PowerPoint-based presentation event that showcases your analytical thinking, digital skills, and environmental insight. - Greencon (All Categories)
A poster-making competition where anime and comics meet environmental awareness in the most creative way. - Scavenger’s Treasure (Category B and C)
A thrilling eco-themed treasure hunt testing your IQ, teamwork, and critical thinking.
No matter your age or skill, Green Fest Season 2 has something for everyone. Whether you're drawing, speaking, analyzing, or exploring, you're contributing to the change we all want to see in the world.
- Open to students from Class 3 to Class 10 only. No parents, guardians, or adults are allowed.
- Participants must bring their school identity card with them.
- Each ticket can only be used by only one person.
- Under no circumstances will this ticket be refundable.
- Gates will open at 8:00 AM. If an attendee arrives late, they may miss out on some segments of the event — so please make sure to arrive on time.
- Re-entry to the event is completely prohibited. Under no circumstances will this be allowed.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, toxins, e-cigarettes, vapes, weapons, and other harmful items into or around the venue.
- All electrical equipment, including speakers, power banks, and mobile phone chargers, are absolutely forbidden.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject access or eject anyone who poses a security risk or causes any disturbance from the event grounds.
- Any security searches may occasionally be conducted, according to the organizers.
- Except for the photographers employed by the organizers, professional cameras are not permitted on the venue.
- The venue will have both CCTV and video cameras functioning.
- If a ticket holder’s property or personal goods are lost or stolen, the organizers will not be held accountable.
- On Day 1, each participant will be given a Participant Card, which must be brought and shown for entry on Day 2. Entry will not be allowed without this card.
- Respectful behavior is a must. Misconduct will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund. All attendees must follow instructions from GWEC volunteers and staff at all times.
- On-site security and medical help will be available.
- The venue does not permit any type of sharp or pointed items that may pose any threat as a weapon.
- Rules violations will result in immediate removal from the venue.
Ticket details & price
Category A (Class 3) includes events such as Earth Science Olympiad, Shades of Nature (On-spot), Green Bee, Project Display, Green Writes, Ecolab, and Greencon, all designed to introduce young students to environmental themes through creativity and fun learning experiences.
Category B (Classes4–5) offers a slightly more challenging lineup, featuring Earth Science Olympiad, Shades of Nature (On-spot), Green Bee, Project Display, Green Writes, Ecolab, Greencon, and Scavenger’s Treasure, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and deeper environmental awareness.
Category C (Classes 6–7) engages students in critical thinking and presentation through events like Earth Science Olympiad, Shades of Nature (Pre-submitted), Green Bee, Project Display, Green Writes, Green Speak, Confab, Ecolab, Greencon, and Scavenger’s Treasure, helping them explore sustainability topics more analytically and creatively.
Category D (Classes 8–10) challenges participants with segments such as Shades of Nature (Pre-submitted), Project Display, Green Writes, Green Speak, Delving Into the Depths (Pre-submitted), Confab, Ecolab, and Greencon, focusing on research, persuasive communication, and leadership in environmental issues.
