Welcome to GWEC Green Fest Season 3, the flagship annual environmental festival organized by the Green World Earth Club of S.F.X. Greenherald International School! Taking place on September 18 & 19, 2026, on our school campus, this dynamic two-day celebration is a dedicated movement inspiring young minds to think, create, and act for a sustainable future. Returning bigger, bolder, and greener than ever, Season 3 brings together students to showcase creativity, critical thinking, and passion for nature across four distinct grade categories.

Event Descriptions

Earth Science Olympiad (Categories A, B & C)

A comprehensive written test covering ecosystems, biodiversity, and environmental science tailored to challenge young learners' ecological knowledge.

Green Bee (Categories A & B)

An engaging environmental spelling bee designed to expand eco-centric vocabulary and spelling skills for primary grade students.

Shades of Nature - Art Competition (Categories A & B: On-Spot | Categories C & D: Pre-submitted)

An artistic competition inviting students to capture the breathtaking beauty and fragile vulnerabilities of the natural world through painting and illustration.

Green Writes - Creative Writing (Categories A, B, C & D)

An on-spot writing contest encouraging thoughtful reflections, environmental storytelling, and innovative eco-friendly solutions.

Green Speaks - Extempore Speech (Categories A, B, C & D)

A quick-thinking public speaking challenge where participants deliver persuasive, on-spot speeches on pressing ecological topics.


Project Display
(Categories A, B, C & D)

An interactive exhibition featuring 3D models and working prototypes engineered by students to solve modern environmental challenges.

Scavenger’s Hunt (Categories C & D)

A fast-paced campus team activity challenging participants to decrypt sustainability clues and solve environmental puzzles under pressure.

Escape Room (Categories C & D)

An immersive problem-solving experience where teams must decode eco-themed mysteries to successfully exit within a set time limit.

Confab - Presentation Contest (Categories C & D)

A digital slide presentation contest where student teams deliver analytical insights and pitches on eco-innovation and sustainability.

GreenCon - Poster Design (Categories A, B, C & D)

A vibrant poster design competition blending anime, pop culture, comics, and graphic art to spread compelling awareness about protecting Planet Earth.

Delving into the Depths - Research Paper (Categories A, B, C & D)

An analytical research submission where students investigate real-world ecological issues and present structured, data-backed solutions.

Green Lens - Photography Contest (Categories A, B, C & D – Pre-submitted)

A visual showcase highlighting nature’s raw beauty and modern environmental realities displayed in an exclusive gallery exhibition.

  • One ticket is valid for one participant only.
  • Participants must present their Tickify ticket at entry.
  • The event is open to students from Class 3 to Class 12.
  • Participants must follow all event rules and organizer instructions.
  • The organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
  • Any form of misconduct or disruption may result in removal from the event.
  • The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule or activities.

General Entry - Category A (Class 3)

Available

Category A (Class 3) includes events such as Earth Science OlympiadGreen Bee, Shades of Nature, Green Writes, Green Speaks, Project Display, Delving into the Depths, Green lens and Greencon, all designed to introduce young students to environmental themes through creativity and fun learning experiences.

General Entry - Category B (Class 4-5)

Available

Category B (Classes4–5) offers a slightly more challenging lineup, featuring Earth Science Olympiad , Green Bee, Shades of Nature, Green Writes, Green Speaks, Project Display, GreenCon, Delving into the Depths and Green lens, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and deeper environmental awareness.

General Entry - Category C (Class 6-7)

Available

Category C (Classes 6–7) engages students in critical thinking and presentation through events like Earth Science Olympiad, Shades of Nature (Pre-submitted), Green Writes, Green Speaks, Project Display, Scavenger's hunt, Escape Room, Confab, GreenCon , Delving into the Depths and Green lens, helping them explore sustainability topics more analytically and creatively.

General Entry - Category D (Class 8-10)

Available

Category D (Classes 8–10) challenges participants with segments such as Shades of Nature (Pre-submitted), Green Writes, Green Speak, Project Display, Scavenger's hunt, Escape Room, Confab, GreenCon, Delving into the Depths and Green lens, focusing on research, persuasive communication, and leadership in environmental issues.
