1. Eligibility: The festival is open to all attendees, including students and visitors.

to their institutions.

3. Single Use: Each ticket is valid for one person only and is non-transferable.

4. No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Gates Open: Gates will open at 8:00 AM.

6. Health Guidelines: Attendees should be in good health and free from any illness that
may pose a risk of spreading infections to others. Those feeling unwell are encouraged
to stay home.

7. Food and Beverages: Attendees are allowed to bring food from outside. Inside the
venue, there will be snacks, breakfast, and lunch available for purchase.

8. Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly forbidden at the festival:
○ Alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, weapons, and other
harmful items.
○ All types of sharp or pointed objects that may pose a threat.

9. Electrical Equipment: Electrical equipment is allowed, provided it is not harmful.
Attendees may carry their projects.

10. Security: Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or eject anyone who poses a
security risk or causes a disturbance. Security searches may be conducted at the
discretion of the organizers.

11. Photography: Professional cameras are not allowed unless authorized by the
organizers. Photographers employed by the organizers will be present.

12. CCTV Monitoring: The venue will be monitored by CCTV and video cameras for safety
and security purposes.

13. Property Responsibility: The organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen
property during the event.

14. Parking: There will be no parking facilities inside the venue.

15. Bags Policy: Bags larger than 10 by 6 inches are not allowed inside the venue. Attendees are encouraged to limit the size of bags they bring.

16. Rules Enforcement: Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal from the
venue without a refund.
