One Night Only Rave & Pool Party

1. Ticket Sales & Entry: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except if the event is canceled. Attendees must present valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket name and meet the minimum age requirement (18+).
2. Code of Conduct & Safety: Zero tolerance for drug use, distribution, violence, harassment, or non-consensual touching. Security reserves the right to search bags and persons upon entry.
3. Right of Ejection: Management and security may eject any attendee violating rules, acting belligerently, or appearing dangerously intoxicated without a refund.
4. Media & Likeness Release: Entry constitutes consent for the event organizer to photograph, film, or stream attendees' likenesses in promotional media without compensation.
5. Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks of injury, hearing loss from loud music, or property loss/damage associated with attending a high-volume live music gathering.
6. Health & Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable if the event is delayed or canceled due to acts of nature, severe weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
7. Assumption of Pool Risk: Attendees acknowledge that swimming involves inherent risks of injury or drowning. Swimming is strictly at the attendee's own risk.
8. No Lifeguard on Duty: No lifeguard will be on duty at the pool. Attendees are solely responsible for their own personal safety in and around the water.
9. Pool Safety Rules: Diving, running, glass containers, and horseplay in the pool area are strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate ejection from the entire resort.
10. Impaired Swimming: Swimming while under the heavy influence of alcohol, medication, or any illegal substances is strictly forbidden. Security will bar impaired guests from the water.
11. Resort Property Damage: Attendees are financially liable for any damage they cause to hotel rooms, resort grounds, landscaping, pool equipment, or structures.
12. Hotel Policy Compliance: Guests must follow all standard resort rules, quiet hours in lodging areas, and parking regulations. Resort management retains ultimate authority over the property.
