1. All participants are required to enter the college premises in the designated college uniform.
2. Maintain orderliness upon entry near the main gate.
3. Undergo security screening.
4. Validate your ticket prior to entry.
5. Proceed to your designated area in the field after completing the security check.
6. Follow instructions from event staff and security personnel at all times.
7. Respect the venue and its surroundings by disposing of trash properly and refraining from any form of vandalism.
8. Refrain from bringing prohibited items such as weapons, drugs, or any other illegal substances.
9. Be mindful of other attendees and maintain appropriate behavior throughout the duration of the event.
10. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and evacuation procedures in case of unforeseen circumstances.
11. Stay hydrated and take necessary precautions to ensure personal well-being during the event
12. Students must bring their ID card
13. Outside food and beverages are not permitted
14. No entry without physical ticket
15. Once entered inside the venue, no re-entry will be allowed
16. Bags more than 10 inches are strictly prohibited
