1. Event Overview
- The 4th GSCPC National Photography & Film Festival 2025, themed “Voices of the Unheard”, is a national festival organised by the Government Science College Photography Club. The event will be held on 17–18 December 2025 at the grounds of Government Science College, Tejgaon, Dhaka.
- The festival features photography, film, art, and creative competitions, aiming to foster innovation, storytelling, and creative expression among students across Bangladesh.
2. Eligibility
- Participation is open to students from schools, colleges, and universities in Bangladesh.
- Each participant must register officially through the event’s registration portal.
- Participants must provide accurate personal and institutional details.
- Any false or misleading information will result in disqualification.
3. Registration
- Registration must be completed within the official registration period.
- Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Participants are responsible for submitting all required information before the deadline.
- Late or incomplete registrations may not be accepted.
4. Competition Rules
- Each segment (e.g., Photography Exhibition, Short Film, Digital Art, Workshops, etc.) has its own rules, which must be followed strictly.
- Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters.
- Plagiarism, unfair practices, or misrepresentation of work will lead to immediate disqualification.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Participants must maintain discipline and respect toward other participants, judges, and organisers.
- Any inappropriate, abusive, or immoral behaviour may result in removal from the event.
6. Intellectual Property
- Submitted works (photographs, films, art, scripts, etc.) remain the property of their respective creators.
- By participating, competitors grant the GSCPC Photography Club permission to use photographs, videos, or project descriptions for promotional or educational purposes.
7. Prizes and Recognition
- Winners of each category will receive certificates, prizes, and recognition as announced by the organising committee.
- Prizes are non-transferable and must be collected in person unless otherwise stated.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- The organisers are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by participants or their equipment during the event.
- Participants are responsible for the security of their own materials and equipment.
- The event schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Media and Publicity
- The event may be recorded or photographed.
- By attending, participants consent to the use of their image and likeness in promotional materials and media publications related to the festival.
10. Amendments
- The GSCPC Photography Club reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated via official event channels, including the club’s social media pages.
11. Acceptance
- By registering for the GSCPC National Photography & Film Festival 2025, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
