ROBOLUTION 2025 — Terms & Conditions
1. Event Overview
ROBOLUTION 2025 is a national robotics festival organized by the MIST Robotics Club, held at the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) on 27–28 November 2025. The event includes multiple robotics, technology, and gaming competitions designed to foster innovation, creativity, and collaboration among students across Bangladesh.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to students from schools, colleges, and universities in Bangladesh.
Each participant must register officially through the event’s registration portal.
Participants must provide accurate personal and institutional details.
Any false or misleading information will result in disqualification.
3. Registration
Registration must be completed within the official registration period.
Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Teams are responsible for submitting all required information before the deadline.
Late or incomplete registrations may not be accepted.
4. Competition Rules
Each event segment (e.g., Line Following, Battle of Bots, Drone Race, etc.) will have its own rulebook, published before the event.
Participants must strictly adhere to the rules and safety standards of their chosen competition.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters.
Plagiarism, unfair practices, or code tampering will lead to immediate disqualification.
5. Safety and Conduct
All participants must follow safety protocols during robot operation, especially in physical competitions.
Dangerous or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Participants must maintain discipline and respect toward other teams, judges, and organizers.
The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant or team for inappropriate behavior.
6. Intellectual Property
Projects, code, or designs submitted remain the property of their respective creators.
However, by participating, competitors grant MIST Robotics Club permission to use photographs, videos, or project descriptions for promotional or educational purposes.
7. Prizes and Recognition
Winners of each category will receive certificates, prizes, and recognition as announced by the organizing committee.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be collected in person unless otherwise stated.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The organizers are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by participants or equipment during the event.
Participants are responsible for the security and integrity of their own robots and materials.
The event schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues).
9. Media and Publicity
The event may be recorded or photographed.
By attending, participants consent to the use of their image and likeness in promotional materials and media publications related to ROBOLUTION 2025.
10. Amendments
The MIST Robotics Club reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.

11. Acceptance
