- If selected, I will provide a valid government-issued photo ID (NID, Passport, or Driving License) for identity verification.
- I may be required to show the same ID at event check-in if requested.

- I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. I will not share personal details, photos, or contact information of other attendees without their consent.
- I will not record, photograph, or screenshot conversations or interactions with other participants during or after the event.
- I will treat all participants, organizers, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, unwelcome advances, or conduct that makes others uncomfortable will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.
- I consent to being photographed or recorded during the event for promotional purposes. All faces will be blurred before being shared on social media or any other platform.
- If selected, I will confirm my attendance by the given deadline. Failure to do so may result in my spot being offered to someone else.
- Attendees are expected to arrive on time. Saiyonee reserves the right to cancel entry for anyone who fails to show up within the designated arrival window.
- The registration fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by Saiyonee, a full refund or credit toward a future event will be provided.
- I understand that any connections made through this event are my personal responsibility. Saiyonee is not liable for any interactions, disputes, or outcomes that occur between participants outside the event.
- Saiyonee facilitates introductions only and does not guarantee compatibility or outcomes.
