Shakrain Fest 2026
Shakrain Fest 2026 celebrates the vibrant spirit of Old Dhaka with a full day of color, culture, and tradition. Held on Thursday, January 15, from 2 PM to 10 PM at Narinda, Old Dhaka, the festival brings together the timeless joy of kite flying, festive music, and dazzling visuals.
Enjoy kite fights during the day, followed by spectacular fireworks in the evening. The atmosphere will be filled with classic Old Dhaka songs, along with an exciting fountain lighting DJ & VJ show, creating a perfect blend of heritage and modern celebration.
* Entry is strictly prohibited without a valid entry pass
* Gate will close at 5:00 PM; no entry will be allowed after gate closure
* No alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating products are permitted inside the venue
* All guests must cooperate with security checks and follow instructions from event staff
* Carrying weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, or any prohibited items is strictly forbidden
* The event authority will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings
* Misconduct, vandalism, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue
