Ticket Validity
Each ticket admits one person to TEDxBangladesh Maritime University on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Shaheed Moazzem Hall, Mirpur 14, Dhaka-1216. Tickets are valid only for the event date mentioned and cannot be transferred to future events.
Ticket Confirmation
You will receive an email or message with your ticket confirmation. This must be presented digitally or printed at the venue for entry. No valid ticket confirmation will result in refusal of entry.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
Entry & Security
Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket (digital or printed). Security checks will be conducted at the entrance. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates event guidelines.
Photography & Media Consent
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for TEDxBangladesh Maritime University’s promotional, archival, and public use.
Code of Conduct
TEDxBangladesh Maritime University is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, speakers, volunteers, and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.

The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
Program Changes
The lineup of speakers, performers, and the overall schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
Late Entry Policy
Entry closes 15 minutes after the program starts (9:00 AM). No entry will be permitted after this time, with NO EXCEPTIONS, to respect the speakers and the flow of the program.
Seating Policy
Seating is categorized based on ticket type:
Bangladesh Maritime University Faculties & Officials: Reserved seating in the designated front rows is provided for all BMU Faculties & Officials.
General Attendees and Bangladesh Maritime University Students: Seating is first-come, first-served for these categories. Seats are not assigned in advance. We recommend arriving early if you would like to secure seating closer to the front.
Certain seats may also be reserved for speakers, sponsors, media, and special guests at the discretion of the organizers.
