By purchasing or claiming a ticket for TEDxDhanmondi 2025, you agree to the following:

• Ticket Validity
  • Each ticket admits one person to TEDxDhanmondi 2025 on 11 October, 2025.
  • Tickets are valid only for the event date mentioned and cannot be transferred to future events. 
• Ticket Confirmation
  • You’ll receive an email or message with your ticket confirmation. Bring it digitally or printed to the venue for entry. No ticket = no entry.

• Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.

• Entry & Security
  • Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket (digital or printed).
  • Security checks will be conducted at the entrance.
  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates event guidelines.

• Photography & Media Consent
  • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for TEDxDhanmondi’s promotional use.

• Code of Conduct
  • TEDxDhanmondi is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the event without refund.

• Liability Disclaimer
  • The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

• Program Changes
  • The lineup of speakers and schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

•  Late Entry Policy
  • Entry closes 15 minutes after the program starts. No one gets in after that, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Seating Policy
  • Seating is first-come, first-served for all general attendees.
  • Seats are not assigned in advance.
  • If you’d like to sit in the front rows, we recommend arriving early.
  • Certain seats may be reserved for speakers, sponsors, media, and special guests at the discretion of the organizers.
