Event policies and rules - To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following rules and policies before attending.

🎟️ Entry & Tickets

•     A valid ticket (e-ticket) is required for entry. Please carry a printed copy or have it ready on your phone.
•     Each ticket permits entry for one person only.
•     Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.
•     Gates open at the time specified on your ticket. Please arrive early to avoid long queues.
•     Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone without a valid ticket or valid ID (where applicable).
  
  

🔞 Age Policy

•     Attendees below 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
•     Some sections may be restricted to adults only — please check your ticket category for details.
  
  

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed inside the venue:

•     Outside food and beverages
•     Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances
•     Weapons of any kind (knives, firearms, sharp objects, etc.)
•     Fireworks, flares, or any flammable/explosive material
•     Professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment without prior authorization
•     Laser pointers, glass bottles, or large bags/backpacks

All attendees are subject to security checks and bag inspections upon entry.

🎥 Photography & Recording

•     Personal mobile phone photography/videography is allowed for personal use only.
•     Commercial photography, filming, or livestreaming is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from event organizers.
  
  

🕺 Code of Conduct

•     Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and fellow concert-goers.
•     Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
•     Moshing, crowd-surfing, or any behavior that endangers others is strictly prohibited.
•     Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, if available.

♿ Accessibility

•     Attendees with special needs or disabilities are encouraged to contact the organizers in advance for seating/access arrangements.

🩺 Health & Safety

•     Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious illness.
•     First-aid services will be available on-site. Please approach the nearest event staff or medical booth in case of emergency.
•     The organizers reserve the right to implement additional safety protocols as required.
  
  

📵 Lost & Found / Belongings

•     Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
•     Any lost items can be reported to the help desk.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

•     In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified via email/SMS with further instructions.
•     Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
•     No refunds will be issued for personal reasons such as late arrival, weather, or voluntary no-show.
  
  

📸 Media Consent

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant the organizers rights to use such footage for promotional purposes.
