Terms and Conditions

Entry & Ticketing: Each ticket or pass is valid for one individual only and must be presented at the time of entry; access will not be permitted without a valid, scannable barcode or pass, and please note that all tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Security & Screening: All attendees are subject to mandatory security checks at the venue entrance, and the organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual deemed a security or behavioral risk, with additional screenings potentially conducted at any time.
Event Access: Entry is subject to venue capacity and will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis, while re-entry policies will depend on specific event guidelines and may be restricted.
Prohibited Items: The use or possession of alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, weapons, or sharp objects is strictly prohibited; furthermore, power banks, external electronic equipment, speakers, and unauthorized professional cameras or recording devices are not allowed, and any such items will be confiscated or denied entry.
Bags & Personal Belongings: Bags larger than 10 x 6 inches are not permitted inside the venue, and while attendees remain responsible for their personal belongings, the organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage incurred.
Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue, though a variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
Conduct & Behavior: Attendees must maintain respectful and responsible behavior at all times, as any form of harassment, violence, or disruption will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
Media & Recording: By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use, though any unauthorized filming or recording of the event is strictly prohibited.
Parking & Transportation: Parking availability is not guaranteed and is subject to venue capacity, so attendees are encouraged to arrange their transportation accordingly.
Liability: Attendance is at the individual’s own risk, and the organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the event.
Identification Requirements: All ticket holders must present an official National Identification Card (NID) for verification at the entrance; additionally, students are required to provide a valid institutional student ID card, and failure to produce these credentials upon request may result in your tickets being cancelled.
