Tickify strives to provide customers with high-quality products and services. In the event that a customer receives a defective item, Tickify will offer a refund within 10 days of the claim being made.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, customers can contact us via one of the following methods:

Customers must provide their invoice number and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund process, which may vary depending on the shipping location.

Shipping Costs:

If the product is refunded via a shipping agent, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge to our inventory. However, Tickify will bear the final delivery charge when shipping the refunded item to the customer's address.

Please Note:
  • Event tickets, membership cards, and any similar document-based purchases are non-refundable.
  • Products can only be returned and refunded if they are found to be significantly defective, and no replacement products are available in stock.
  • Products that are sold during promotional sales or offers are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless there are major quality issues with the product.
